You will be notified each morning of any item presented to Cadence the previous night that does not match the issue check information you provided to us online. A simple-to-use online tool allows you to review images of the exception items and decide whether to pay or return them.

ACH Positive Pay – Mitigate the chance for fraudulent ACH Debits using ACH Positive Pay. You set limits on which ACH debits are automatically authorized to be paid, and are notified each morning of any debits presented to Cadence that don’t fit those criteria.
