Lockbox Services - Maximizes receivables availability and improves working capital. Lockbox service will lower costs by your outsourcing of the mail processing, data entry, and deposit preparation functions to Cadence Bank. Request your customers to remit payments to your post office box. Each business day Cadence Bank will retrieve the mail on your behalf and process the mail per your instructions. Checks will be deposited into your account and payment details will be provided to you in your selected manner, including images of your payment documents rendered to a CD-ROM.
